First off, before you even request a Login for the site, Read the FAQ !! Then you can ask for a login. It's also a good idea to leave me feedback in addition so that I know you're on the up-and-up, and not some automated registration bot out looking for a site to hack...

Remember, in some of the pools we're picking AGAINST THE SPREAD. If there is a number in parentheses beside the home team, the pool you're in uses spreads!

Please report any bugs you find using the feedback, and I'll try to fix them, or if you just have a suggestion on how to make the site better...

The NCAA season has concluded! Congrats to our pool winners... Wayne Picked up wins in three of the six pools, ch0irb0y topped both the Top 25 Pools, and yours truly was the winner of 50% spreads pool. Overall, a great showing by all. Of the 32 finishers, only two were below .500 for the season, and that was against the spread! Make sure you invite all your friends for the fun next year, and don't be surprised if you receive a few Newsletters in the off-season to keep you abreast of the changes going on here at Football-pools.org. With all the changes coming to the site, I'm already excited about next season

For the third time in less than a week, I turned off a college football game due to bad officiating. Less than 15 minutes into last night's Fiesta bowl, it was obvious to me that the officiating crew wanted Boise State to beat TCU, so I simply turned off the game and went about some other business.

If the NCAA won't do something about this problem, the sponsors will, trust me. Prospective customers all over the country will be doing the same as me, turning the channel. Return on Investment for sponsorships and commercials will go down (I've never been convinced that big name sponsorships sells more product anyways, I am no more likely to buy a Papa John's pizza now than before they sponsored a bowl), and as a result, sponsors will no longer pay the money being asked for sponsorships of the big bowl games required to keep these games afloat.

So here, NCAA. You'd better do something about this problem, or there'll be coal in your bowl season stocking in a few years... I know there won't be any Tostitos in my house for the forseeable future.
